LEAD-TO-DELIVERY WORKFLOW PILOT

Bring one critical workflow from lead intake to delivery under control.

In the pilot, I map one specific workflow, design its target state, and implement the necessary CRM, integrations, or automation within the agreed scope.

Send your current workflow Before work begins, we confirm the scope, responsibilities, price, acceptance criteria, and contracting party in writing.

WHO IT IS FOR

Service businesses with an established operation to manage

We need a specific workflow, an available owner on the company side, and access to the information required to understand it.

  • leads arrive through several channels
  • the next action has no clear owner
  • data is copied manually between tools
  • sales and delivery do not share one job status
  • customer follow-up depends on reminders
  • the business owner cannot get reliable visibility without chasing people

PILOT OUTPUT

One workflow with agreed inputs, statuses, and outputs

01

Workflow map

The current-state and target-state flow with clear boundaries.

02

Owners and statuses

Who owns the next action and what each status means.

03

Working workflow

The agreed CRM, integrations, and automation in real use.

04

Safe failure handling

Logging, error paths, or a manual fallback appropriate to the risk.

05

Handover

Documentation, an explanation for the team, and agreed fixes.

Extensions receive their own scope. Additional workflows, extensive data migration, ongoing management, and new requirements are assessed separately.

PRICE AND TIMELINE

The specific workflow determines both

Price and timeline depend on the existing systems, data quality, number of integrations, risks, and the required level of testing.

After the initial review, you receive a written scope proposal. If the technical solution cannot yet be defined safely, the first standalone output may be a diagnostic and implementation plan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What to know before we begin

Is this an audit or an implementation?

The aim of the pilot is an implemented workflow that has been handed over to the team. When the technical scope is not yet clear, the first paid output may be a standalone diagnostic and implementation plan.

Do we need to use a CRM already?

No. I first need to know where the main data is created and stored today. We define the source of truth and a suitable system based on the workflow.

Does the solution have to use AI?

We use AI only when it makes a specific part of the workflow more reliable or practical.

Can we address several workflows at once?

The pilot has one primary workflow. Other workflows are prioritized and scoped separately.

Is Installio always the outcome?

Installio may be considered for suitable installation and field-service businesses. Another type of operation may need a scoped custom solution.

YOUR WORKFLOW

Show me where the work gets stuck.

Send the current flow, the tools involved, and the main bottleneck. I will tell you whether it can be handled within a single pilot and what needs to be clarified.
