INTERNAL WORKFLOW REVIEW · IBYX ENERGY

How we map the path from a lead to the next action at Ibyx.

Ibyx Energy is the family installation company I run. This page shows how we improve our own operations.

This is not an external client implementation or a client testimonial.

WORKFLOW MAP

Every lead should result in a clear next action

The workflow model covers first contact, qualification, a site visit, a quote, delivery, and customer follow-up.

WHAT WE TEST

The system should not depend on one person’s memory

At every step, I also look at the exception: what happens when data is missing, a connection fails, or the customer does not respond.

  • 01
    One source of truth

The lead status should not need to be pieced together from several messages and spreadsheets.

  • 02
    Clear ownership

The aim is for every active step to have an assigned person who knows what should happen next.

  • 03
    Visible failure

The aim is for every error to have a visible status, alert, or manual procedure.

  • 04
    Visibility for the owner

The aim is for the business owner to see the necessary status without asking every member of the team.

EVIDENCE STATUS

I will publish results only after we have measured them.

This version explains the design principles and the way I work. I do not publish numerical results until we have a confirmed baseline, a defined measurement period, and evidence for each claim.

It also contains no production screenshots with customer or internal data. Any public example must be anonymized or created in a demo environment.

TRANSFERABLE PRINCIPLE

Remove ambiguity from the workflow before you automate it.

SIMILAR FRICTION

Do you have a similar gap between lead intake and delivery?

Send me the current flow and its main bottleneck. I will assess whether it can be scoped as a similar pilot.
