Who is responsible

The website operator and data controller is Nexorio s.r.o., Palánok 1, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia, company ID (IČO): 55 918 263. This company operates the Denis Bubeník personal brand.

When you contact us

The contact form prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit the information you enter to the website server. You send the email after reviewing it; if no email app opens, you can copy the prepared text. We process the message once received: your name, contact details, company, workflow description, and any other information you send.

We use this information to respond, assess your request, and prepare potential work together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For company representatives or general enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in handling business communications under Article 6(1)(f). Without contact details and a description, we may be unable to address your request. Sending a message does not itself place an order.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or personal or health information about customers or patients. An anonymised description is sufficient for an initial review.

Diagnostic and working tools

Diagnostic answers, calculations, notes, and working records are processed locally in your browser. The website does not automatically send them to us or Whop, or attach them to your membership account. Browser storage lets you continue on the same device. Signing in through Whop does not synchronise these records between devices.

Local records remain until you delete them in the tool or your browser settings; the browser may also clear them. An exported backup is a file on your device. If you choose to email it to us, we process its contents as part of your enquiry. Use anonymous labels and clear stored information after using a shared device.

Diagnostic recommendations are based on your answers and provide guidance. They do not place an order or make a binding decision about working together.

Signing in and access through Whop

When you sign in, Whop provides your account identifier and basic profile within the permissions shown during authorisation. Sign-in does not request access to your account email address. Our server checks your entitlement to the relevant product or membership before making purchased content available. We use the necessary account, authentication, and access-check information.

The legal bases are performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in security and protecting paid content under Article 6(1)(f). Paid content cannot be made available without sign-in and an entitlement check. If the result does not reflect your purchase, contact us so we can review access.

This website does not receive your Whop password or full payment card details. Purchases and your Whop account are also governed by Whop’s privacy policy and Whop’s terms. Information needed for accounting and statutory obligations is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Technical data, cookies, and local storage

When you visit, the hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser or error information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable operation and website security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Sign-in uses necessary cookies to protect the authentication process and maintain your session. An authenticated session lasts no longer than 8 hours and may end sooner when you sign out or lose access. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in. The tools use local browser storage to save your work.

We have not implemented advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or visitor analytics on this website. If you follow a link to Whop, LinkedIn, or another external site, its own rules, including its cookie practices, apply.

Who may process information

Authorised people working for the controller and service providers have access according to the service you use. Vercel hosts the website. Email sent to our contact address is forwarded by Namecheap to a Google Gmail mailbox. Whop provides accounts, purchases, and membership verification. Professional advisers or authorities may also receive information where necessary for accounting, protecting legal rights, or complying with a legal obligation.

Provider information: Vercel privacy notice and data processing terms, Namecheap, Google, and Whop. These providers may also act as independent controllers when operating their own platforms.

These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their terms explain the transfer mechanisms and safeguards they use, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service. You can request information about safeguards relevant to your data at our contact address.

How long information is kept

We retain correspondence while handling your request and afterwards only as needed for related work, legal obligations, or establishing and defending legal claims. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry, our contractual relationship, applicable statutory periods, and any dispute. Information that is no longer needed is removed.

Website authentication has the maximum session duration stated above. Retention of technical logs and information held by providers depends on the service, settings, and legal obligations. Ending a session on this website does not itself delete your Whop account, purchase records, or email correspondence.

Your rights and how to contact us

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a particular activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
