DENIS BUBENÍK

I build systems that have to work in day-to-day operations.

I run the family installation company Ibyx Energy and work on workflows, internal systems, and digital products for service businesses.

WHY WORKFLOWS

The biggest problems often appear between individual steps

A business may have a working form, CRM, and accounting system. Information can still get lost during a handoff, the next action may have no owner, or the business owner may need to piece together the current status from several messages.

I know these situations from day-to-day operations. That is why I look at the whole flow of work: where information comes from, who needs it, what should happen next, and what happens when the standard flow fails.

HOW I WORK

Workflow first. Technology second.

My work starts with one question: what needs to change in the operation?

Once the answer is clear, I choose a suitable way to address it. Sometimes the answer is a clearer process. In other cases, it is a CRM, automation, integration, or AI. Technology should support the outcome the team needs to achieve.

  • one owner of the outcome on the company side,
  • a clearly defined problem,
  • scope and responsibilities agreed in writing,
  • a way to verify the outcome,
  • real-world testing and team handover.

OPERATIONS AND PRODUCTS

Where my experience comes from

01 / OPERATOR

Ibyx Energy

The family installation company I run. It is where I gain the hands-on operating experience shown in my internal cases.

02 / PRODUCT

Installio

My own product for suitable installation and related field-service businesses.

03 / IMPLEMENTATION

Custom solutions

For other suitable service businesses, I assess the specific workflow, scope, and fit before defining a project.

A SPECIFIC PROBLEM

Do you have a workflow you no longer want to manage through memory and reminders?

Send me a short description. I will assess whether it can be meaningfully scoped and implemented.
