1. Who we are
1.1 Seller. The seller and your contract partner is Nexorio s. r. o. (formerly BRISO SLOVAKIA s. r. o.; same company, renamed in August 2026), Palánok 1, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia. Company ID (IČO): 55 918 263. Registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, section Sro, entry 62063/N. Tax number (DIČ): 2122130065. VAT identification number: SK2122130065. Email: support@bubenikdenis.com. Phone: +421 914 131 415.
1.2 Denis Bubeník is the author and instructor of the courses, and the courses are sold under his name as a brand. He is not the seller. Your contract is with Nexorio, not with Denis personally.
1.3 Whop. Nexorio is the supplier of the courses and grants the content licence. Whop provides the platform, account, checkout and payment processing. Its merchant-of-record role for card networks and settlement does not make it the supplier or licensor of the course. Whop's own terms apply to its account and payment services without replacing these terms or mandatory rights.
1.4 Tax status. Nexorio has been registered under section 7a of the Slovak VAT Act since 22 February 2024. It is not a VAT payer, so Nexorio itself does not charge Slovak VAT. Whop collects and remits sales tax, VAT or GST on our behalf where its tax service covers your location. Where it does not, no tax is added at checkout. You see the final amount, including any tax, before you pay. Your Whop receipt shows any tax charged.
2. Who can buy
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy.
2.2 The courses are in English. They are written for owners and managers of small home-service and installation businesses in the United States and Canada, such as HVAC, heat pump, solar and plumbing businesses. Examples and legal notes focus on the US and Canada. The courses, these terms and our support are in English only. Buying an English course does not take away any right that the law where you live gives you.
2.3 Business or consumer. At checkout we ask whether you buy for a business or as a consumer. You are a consumer if you are a person buying mainly for purposes outside your trade, business or profession. Otherwise you buy as a business. Some rights in these terms apply only to consumers. Our 14-day refund applies to everyone.
3. What we sell
The product page and your order confirmation list exactly what you bought. Annex A gives an overview.
3.1 Free resources
3.1.1 The free video, the free message templates you get after watching it and, later, the free calculator are not part of a paid contract. You don't pay for them, and we may change or remove them at any time.
3.1.2 You may use the free templates in your own business, under the same rules as section 8.
3.1.3 The calculator only does math with the numbers you type in. It is not a forecast and not our claim about your business.
3.2 Minicourses — $47 each
Each minicourse covers one step of the path from an inquiry to a signed quote:
- Inquiry without the wait — answering new inquiries fast, and what to ask on the phone so you don't drive to visits that won't turn into jobs.
- Site visit booked in one call — booking the visit in the first call, planning routes and capacity, and confirming and reminding the customer.
- The site visit that sells — what to find out, measure and photograph so the quote can be written right away.
- Quote on site and sign-off — writing the quote at the visit or in the truck, and getting it approved and signed.
- Honest review engine — asking every customer for a review in a way that follows Google's rules and the FTC's rules on reviews.
Each minicourse includes:
- 4 to 6 video lessons, each about 5 to 12 minutes long,
- one one-page tool,
- the templates used in its lessons.
Each minicourse works on its own. It does not include the 14-Day Quote Sprint or cohorts.
3.3 Main course — "From Inquiry to Signed Quote" — $197 founder price for the first 100
The main course includes:
- all five minicourses listed in 3.2,
- the 14-Day Quote Sprint (section 3.4),
- a 14-day plan to put the workflow in place,
- a scorecard to track your own numbers,
- before-and-after examples,
- a "Copy our setup" guide for Installio users (section 10.2).
The price rules, including the founder price, are in section 4.
3.4 The 14-Day Quote Sprint (main course only)
3.4.1 Drops. The sprint is a 14-day implementation plan with 10 drops. At launch, all purchased main-course lessons and drops are available in Whop immediately after successful purchase. We do not release them through a timed drip and do not send sprint-drop emails. You choose when to work through them. Each drop is:
- a short video (about 5 to 8 minutes),
- one template,
- one "dare": a small task you can do even on a day with no new inquiry.
On day 1 and day 14 you fill in the scorecard with your own numbers.
3.4.2 Self-paced launch; a group later. The launch purchase is self-paced. A group option may be offered later; it is not active at launch and no group start date, recurring calendar or group-email schedule is promised by this launch purchase. If we offer it, its exact terms and dates will be stated before you choose it.
3.4.3 No live calls. The course includes no live calls, coaching or personal feedback. At launch there is no discussion group or community. If we open one later, it will have its own rules. Any later group choice or mode switch does not restart your refund period.
3.4.4 Dares are optional. Some dares involve contacting your own customers, for example following up on open quotes or asking recent customers for a review. You decide whether and how to contact them. You are responsible for following the rules for calls, texts and emails where you work (section 9.4).
3.4.5 Important — refund timing. Your 14-day refund period starts on the day you buy, even if you work through the immediately available lessons later. A later group option does not move or restart that period. The refund may end before a later group begins; any such group offer must show this clearly. The course does not promise that you will finish a 14-day plan before a precisely calculated legal refund deadline.
3.5 Add-on: Done-for-you trade templates — $37
3.5.1 The add-on is a separate purchase with its own checkout and its own confirmation. It is not added inside the checkout of the main course or of a minicourse.
3.5.2 The add-on contains ready-to-use versions of the course templates, already written for three trades: HVAC, solar and plumbing.
3.5.3 "Done-for-you" means the templates are written for you. It is not a service. We do not set anything up in your business. You add your company name, prices and local rules.
3.5.4 The example company (section 3.8) installs air conditioners, heat pumps and solar systems. Templates for work it does not do, such as plumbing, or HVAC work beyond air conditioners and heat pumps, are adapted from its workflow. They are labeled "Recommended practice."
3.6 Upgrade from a minicourse
3.6.1 An upgrade from a minicourse to the main course is not available at launch. If we offer one later, we will publish its terms and price before it is available.
3.7 What is not included
Unless your order says otherwise, no product includes:
- live calls, coaching, personal advice, or review of your own quotes or messages,
- setting things up in your business, or any "done for you" service,
- software or software accounts, including Installio, texting or email services, carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) or any fees for them,
- legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, engineering, safety or licensing advice,
- a community or discussion group,
- lifetime access,
- future courses (for example on contracts, installation, invoicing or service), or unlimited updates.
3.8 How the courses are made
3.8.1 Company examples are real; demo screens use made-up data.
3.8.2 Screens and examples. Screen recordings use demo data, or real documents with customer details removed. Demo data is labeled. We never present made-up people, crews, customers, reviews, messages or results as real.
3.8.3 Our example company. Most examples come from a family-run installation company in Slovakia where Denis runs operations (the "example company"). In the lessons Denis calls it "our company".
3.8.4 Labels. Practices the example company does not run are labeled "Recommended practice." It means this is how Denis would set it up. We do not present it as something the example company runs.
3.8.5 Numbers. We do not show figures from the example company's records. When Denis describes in words how the example company works today, it describes one company. If Denis gives a personal estimate, it is labeled as the author's own estimate. It is not a measurement. Numbers in examples, demo jobs and exercises are illustrative. None of this is a typical result or a forecast for you (section 9).
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Currency and payment. Prices are in US dollars. You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
4.2 Taxes. Sales tax, GST/HST or other taxes may apply depending on where you are. The final total, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.
4.3 Founder price for the main course.
- The main course costs $197 for the first 100 paid main-course purchases.
- There is no timer and no end date.
- The count uses verified paid main-course purchase records, with manual oversight. We never round it up. Test B5 purchases do not count.
- The $197 plan has a stock allocation of 100 under manual oversight. After purchase number 100 is paid, we close the $197 plan for good and do not open it again. We pause sales if the count is uncertain.
- A refunded founder purchase does not free up a founder spot.
- If an upgrade from a minicourse is offered, it does not count toward the first 100 paid main-course purchases.
- The founder price is a launch price for early buyers. It is not a discount from an earlier price.
4.4 Other prices. The main course price after the first 100 paid purchases is shown on the product page. Minicourses cost $47 each. The add-on costs $37. We may change prices for future purchases. A change does not affect a purchase you already made.
5. Order and confirmation
5.1 How the order works. You order through Whop. Before you pay, you can see:
- the seller,
- what the product includes,
- the price and currency,
- how long you have access,
- how delivery works,
- these terms and our Privacy Notice.
5.2 When the contract starts. The contract is made when your payment goes through. A failed or abandoned payment does not create a purchase.
5.3 Confirmation. Right after your payment goes through, we email you an order confirmation. It includes these terms, our Refund and Withdrawal Policy and our Privacy Notice, and, if you gave them, the two statements you made on our website before checkout. The documents come with the email in a form you can save and that does not change later. Whop opens your lessons as soon as payment goes through; they do not wait for this email. Section 6.2 explains what this means for a consumer's legal right to withdraw. If the confirmation does not arrive, email support@bubenikdenis.com. If you buy for a business, enter correct invoice details before you pay.
5.4 Emails at launch. The launch email flow sends the purchase confirmation only. There are no sprint-drop, cohort-reminder or launch-announcement emails at launch. Any legally required notice remains distinct from marketing. A purchase or free-resource request does not subscribe you to marketing; no marketing series is activated by these terms.
6. Access and delivery
6.1 Where you watch. You sign in with your Whop account to watch lessons and download files in Whop. Keep your login safe and don't share it. Before following our course checkout link, you complete the separate immediate-supply step on bubenikdenis.com. Whop opens the purchased lessons immediately after successful purchase.
6.2 Immediate supply and consumers' statutory rights.
- A consumer may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, under the applicable law. Missing information or other legal circumstances can extend that right.
- Our immediate-supply course checkout requires two separate, initially unchecked statements on bubenikdenis.com before continuing to Whop: your express request to start supplying the paid digital content now, and your acknowledgement that, where a statutory right to withdraw applies to you, it is lost for that digital-content contract once supply begins and all legal conditions are met. This step is distinct from accepting the general terms, marketing consent and payment. Accepting terms, paying or signing in is not the early-supply request or acknowledgement.
- We preserve the exact statements and your answers, email, product, text version and time, and link that record to the actual successful purchase. Immediately after a verified purchase we send the contract and confirmation of the request and acknowledgement on a durable medium by email. Whop access is immediate and does not wait for that email. A changeable webpage link alone is not our confirmation. A pre-purchase record is not proof that a payment or supply occurred.
- The statutory digital-content exception applies only when all its legal conditions are met, including the required information, active request and acknowledgement and the legally required confirmation. Checking boxes, paying, immediate Whop access, or queuing an email alone does not establish that all those conditions were met. Where the conditions are not met, the statutory withdrawal right remains. The exception does not automatically remove withdrawal rights for a separate service. If a product includes a separately supplied service, we apply the rules for that service; we do not use this acknowledgement as a blanket waiver. Nor does it remove remedies for missing or defective content.
- Our separate 14-day full refund under section 7 remains available, even after supply starts, for consumers and businesses. The pre-checkout request does not cancel that contractual promise.
- If either required statement is not given, our website does not continue to this immediate-supply checkout. We do not offer a paid “wait 14 days” option in this selected checkout. This website step does not claim that Whop withholds content until confirmation is delivered. An unexpected or unmatched payment does not create missing consent or remove refund or statutory rights; a person must resolve the record and any request under those rights.
- The statutory withdrawal wording applies only where that right applies. Selecting “business” cannot change your actual legal status or manufacture or remove statutory rights. The same full contractual refund is available to business buyers.
6.3 How long you have access.
- You can use the online course for 731 days (at least 24 months), counted from your successful payment.
- Access does not renew and is not lifetime.
- If your access starts later because of a technical problem on our side, we make sure you still get at least 24 months from the day access actually starts. Whop may not move the end date automatically. This is our promise, and we fix it if needed.
- Your end date is shown in your confirmation or account.
- All purchased main-course drops are available immediately at launch; working through them later does not restart or shorten your access.
6.4 Downloads. You can download the templates and tools as PDF and Word (DOCX) files; some also come as Excel (XLSX) spreadsheets. Videos are for online viewing in Whop and are not included in the downloads. After online access ends, you may keep using files you downloaded, under the license in section 8, unless the license ended through a refund.
6.5 Missing access. If access or a file is missing, email us with your order number and what's wrong. We check your payment and fix it without undue delay. Your legal rights for non-delivery stay in place.
6.6 Updates and changes.
- We may change the course to fix mistakes, to keep it accurate when laws, platform rules or tools change, or to make it better. These changes cost you nothing, and we tell you about them clearly, for example in the lesson or by email.
- During your access period we will not remove the main parts of what you bought (the lessons, tool and templates listed for your product), unless the law requires it.
- If a change would make it more than slightly harder for you to access or use what you bought, we email you before we make it. The email says what will change, when, and that you may end the contract. You may then end it free of charge within 30 days after our email or after the change, whichever is later. We refund the part of the price for your remaining access time within 14 days. This applies to consumers and businesses.
6.7 If we stop offering a course. If we stop offering a course before your access ends, you keep access until your end date. If that becomes impossible for reasons that are not your fault, we give you the files to download where we can, or a proportional refund.
6.8 What you need. Internet access, a current web browser and a Whop account. A phone works, but some templates are easier to edit on a computer.
7. Refunds and cancellation
7.1 14-day full refund — for everyone.
- You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or no reason.
- This applies even if you watched lessons or downloaded files.
- It applies to consumers and to businesses. For businesses, it is a promise in this contract, not a statement that business buyers have consumer rights.
- There is no fee.
7.2 Each item separately. Each item in your order can be refunded on its own: a minicourse, the main course, the add-on or an upgrade. If you ask to refund "the order", we refund all items in it unless you tell us otherwise. A consumer's statutory withdrawal also ends an ancillary contract where the law requires, unless we expressly agree that it continues. We do not use the separate-item rule to keep an add-on payment that must be returned by law.
7.3 Upgrades. You can get a refund of an upgrade payment within 14 days of the upgrade. You then keep the minicourse access you had before. A minicourse can be refunded within 14 days of its own purchase.
7.4 Founder spots. A refund does not reopen a founder spot (4.3).
7.5 How to ask. Use any of these:
- Whop: Orders → Billing history → choose the payment → Request Refund,
- email: refunds@bubenikdenis.com with your order number,
- the online withdrawal form at https://bubenikdenis.com/withdrawal,
- a letter to our address.
No reason is needed. Proof of results is never needed. Our Refund and Withdrawal Policy at https://bubenikdenis.com/courses/legal/refund has the details and an optional model form. Fixed automatic replies can explain how to ask, but they cannot approve or refuse a refund. A person handles refund requests and complaints.
7.6 When the money comes back.
- We start the refund without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of your request.
- We refund the full amount you paid for the refunded item, including any tax charged.
- We refund to the payment method you used, unless we agree on another way at no cost to you.
- Your bank decides when the money shows up in your account.
7.7 After a refund.
- Your online access to the refunded item ends, and so does your license to use it.
- Please stop using the refunded materials and delete downloaded copies.
- You may keep your own business data, accounting records and proof of the purchase.
7.8 Consumer rights stay in place. Consumers also have the legal rights described in 6.2. Our 14-day refund does not reduce any legal right, including rights for missing information, non-delivery or defects. Those rights are not limited to 14 days.
8. License: what you may do with the course
8.1 The license. When you pay, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for one business: the business you buy for, including its own locations and staff. If you buy as a consumer, you get it for your personal use. Separate companies, even in the same group, need their own licenses or a separate written agreement.
8.2 You may:
- watch the lessons and use the tools for that business,
- show lessons to that business's own staff during internal training, for example on a shared screen,
- copy, edit and adapt the templates and scripts,
- send messages, quotes, checklists and other documents made from the templates to your own customers and leads, as your own business communication, with no credit to us,
- use AI tools privately to help you adapt the templates for your business.
8.3 You may not:
- share your login, or give course videos or files to people outside that business,
- resell, publish or give away the videos, templates or tools, original or edited, as templates, a course, a pack or a download,
- upload course videos or complete course files to public websites, groups or file-sharing services,
- use the materials to build a competing course or template product, or to train AI models that others can use,
- use the course with clients of an agency, consulting or software business, unless we agree in writing,
- remove copyright notices or present the course as your own work.
8.4 Ownership. Nexorio owns the course content or uses it under a license from its author.
8.5 Your rights under law. These limits do not apply to your own data, or to uses the law allows and a contract cannot forbid.
9. No promises about results
9.1 What we promise — and don't. The course teaches a workflow and gives you tools. We do not promise that you will win more jobs, quote faster, earn more money, save a certain amount of time, or get more reviews. This is not a business opportunity, and we promise no earnings or income.
9.2 Your results depend on you. Results depend on your trade, market, prices, team and customers, and on how much of the work you do.
9.3 Examples and estimates.
- We do not show figures from the records of the example company, the family-run company in Slovakia. When we describe in words how it works today, that describes one company. It is not a typical result and not a forecast for your business.
- If Denis shares a personal estimate, it is labeled as the author's own estimate. It is not a measurement, not a typical result and not a forecast for your business.
- Examples, demo companies, names and numbers in lessons and templates are illustrative.
9.4 Your rules, your responsibility. The course shows how we handle inquiries, site visits, quotes and reviews. It is not legal advice. Laws differ by country, state and province. When you use our templates, you are responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you. For example:
- Texts and calls: consent rules, such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state laws; carrier registration for business texting (A2P 10DLC); allowed calling and texting hours; honoring STOP and other opt-out requests; and, in Canada, the CRTC's telemarketing rules and the National Do Not Call List.
- Email and other electronic messages: the US CAN-SPAM Act, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which also covers texts and direct messages to people in Canada.
- Reviews: Google's review policies (for example, no "review gating": you may not ask only happy customers or steer unhappy ones away, and you may not offer anything in return for a review) and the FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (for example, no fake reviews and no rewards tied to positive reviews).
- Quotes and contracts signed at a customer's home: cooling-off and home-solicitation rules (for example, the FTC rule that lets buyers cancel many sales made at their home until midnight of the third business day, and provincial rules in Canada); state and provincial home-improvement contract and licensing rules; and rules for electronic signatures.
Our templates include notes on these points where we can. They are a starting point, not a guarantee that you comply. If you are unsure, ask a qualified adviser where you work.
9.5 Safety and technical work. The course does not teach technical installation, electrical work, safety or building-code compliance. Follow your licenses, the manufacturer's instructions and local codes.
10. Other companies and software
10.1 Software we mention. The workflow works with paper, a spreadsheet or the software you already use. When we mention other software, it is only an example. We are not connected to those companies unless we say so.
10.2 Installio.
- Installio is a field-service app offered by Nexorio s. r. o., the same company that sells these courses. Denis Bubeník builds it. Both Nexorio and Denis have a business interest in it.
- The courses do not include Installio and do not require it.
- In the US and Canada, Installio is not yet available to buy; there is only a waitlist.
- The "Copy our setup" guide is useful only if you use Installio.
- Installio has its own terms.
10.3 Affiliate links. Some links in our content may be affiliate links. That means we may earn a commission if you buy. We say so where such a link appears. If we open an affiliate program, it will have separate written terms.
11. Support and automatic replies
11.1 What support covers. Email support@bubenikdenis.com with questions about access, files and billing. Support does not include personal business advice, calls, or reviewing your quotes or messages.
11.2 Response times. We answer as soon as we can, but we do not promise a specific response time. Denis works from Central Europe, so replies that a person checks may come the next day, US time.
11.3 Automatic replies.
- Some comments and messages you send us on Instagram or Facebook may first get a fixed automatic reply we wrote, delivered through the tools named in our Privacy Notice. That notice explains which tool sends which reply.
- Automatic replies use only information we approved: prices and the founder count, access, how to ask for a refund, and links to products.
- A person reads and answers all remaining messages. A person handles refund requests, complaints and anything outside the approved facts.
- Automatic replies cannot change these terms, make special offers, promise calls, or approve or refuse refunds or complaints.
- If an automatic answer seems to differ from these terms, tell us. A person will check it.
12. Your feedback, scorecards and testimonials
12.1 Sending us things is optional. This includes your scorecard, questions and feedback. Do not send us your customers' personal details. Remove names, phone numbers and addresses first.
12.2 No rewards for positive reviews. We never offer money, discounts or other rewards in exchange for a positive review or testimonial. If we ask buyers for feedback, we ask all of them, not only happy ones.
12.3 Your name only with your permission. We use your words, name, image or results in marketing only with your separate written permission. You can withdraw it for future use at any time.
12.4 Anonymous questions. We may use questions from buyers in anonymous summaries and FAQs, without names.
13. Our responsibility
13.1 Delivering what you bought. We are responsible for delivering the product as described in your order and these terms. If something is missing, broken or not as described, tell us. Depending on the case and the law, we will deliver it, fix it, reduce the price, or end the contract and refund you. These rights do not end after 14 days.
13.2 Your decisions. We are not responsible for business decisions you make, or for results that depend on how you use the materials, for example a text sent without the consent the law requires.
13.3 Mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you and that a contract cannot take away.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data, including Whop data, emails, social media messages and automatic replies. It is at https://bubenikdenis.com/privacy. The part about free resources requested on Instagram is at https://bubenikdenis.com/privacy#comment-dm, and how to ask us to delete that data is at https://bubenikdenis.com/privacy#data-deletion.
15. Complaints, law and language
15.1 Complaints. If you have a problem, contact us first and tell us what you want us to do. We reply as soon as we can.
15.2 EU consumers — alternative dispute resolution.
- If we reject your request, or don't reply within 30 days, you may apply for alternative dispute resolution.
- The competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Central Inspectorate, Department for International Relations and Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. Box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovakia; ars@soi.sk or adr@soi.sk; https://www.soi.sk/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov.
- Whether it accepts a case is decided under Slovak Act 391/2015. This does not limit your right to go to court.
- These consumer ADR rights do not automatically apply to business buyers.
- The discontinued EU online dispute resolution platform is not used.
15.3 Governing law and courts. Slovak law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and nothing here stops you from going to the courts that the law allows you to use. If you buy as a business, disputes under these terms are decided by the courts of Slovakia.
15.4 Language. These terms are in English. A translation must not reduce a legal right or expand what you bought.
15.5 Versions. We may update these terms for future purchases. Your purchase stays under the version you accepted, which is in your confirmation. Earlier purchases of toolkits, the starter or individual topics stay under their own terms.

Open-Quote Workspace — Product Addendum
Nexorio s. r. o. · Version ENTRY7-1 · 26 October 2026
This addendum applies to an Open-Quote Workspace purchase whose order identifies this version. It forms part of the contract together with Course Terms and Conditions v2.1 and the accompanying Refund and Withdrawal Policy v2. It describes this product specifically; the video-course descriptions and 731-day course-access period do not describe this purchase. It does not change an earlier or separately purchased course. Nothing in this addendum reduces a mandatory legal right.
1. Seller and purchase
The seller is Nexorio s. r. o., Palánok 1, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 55 918 263, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, section Sro, entry 62063/N. Tax number: 2122130065. VAT identification number: SK2122130065. Purchase support: support@bubenikdenis.com. Phone: +421 914 131 415.
The Open-Quote Workspace costs USD 7, paid once, with no subscription or renewal. Whop provides the checkout, account and payment services. The final total and any applicable tax or platform fee are shown before payment; your bank may charge a currency-conversion fee. Nexorio supplies and licenses the workspace.
2. What this purchase includes
The Open-Quote Workspace is a browser-based working tool for owners and managers of small service and installation businesses. It lets you record your own open quotes, current status, the person responsible, a useful next step and a date.
It includes:
- browser-local saving of your working records;
- JSON backup and restore, and CSV export;
- a blank tracker and planning sheet you can print before entering anything;
- printing of completed work; and
- four reusable AI prompt templates: explaining a quote, preparing an appropriate follow-up, answering a concern and making an internal handover.
The workspace works on its own. Buying another course is optional. This purchase does not include the minicourses, main course, trade-template packs, Installio, other software subscriptions, live calls, coaching, a community, future products or unlimited updates. It is not a service that runs your customer communication for you. We do not promise won jobs, earnings, a particular time saving or other business results.
3. Online access and delivery
Your online access lasts 24 calendar months from successful payment, with no renewal. We state the exact end date in your purchase confirmation. This is a fixed online-access period, not lifetime hosting. A request made before checkout does not start that period.
You use your verified Whop account to access the protected workspace at https://bubenikdenis.com/tools/open-quotes. Our server checks your current entitlement for this product. A checkout redirect, a copied link or this confirmation alone does not grant access. The workspace is delivered on our website; it is not a set of video lessons in Whop. Keep your login safe and do not share it.
After a verified successful purchase we provide access and send a fixed order confirmation with the documents that apply to that purchase. Access does not depend on opening the confirmation email. We record what actually happened; payment or a queued email does not by itself prove that the workspace was successfully supplied to you. If access or confirmation is missing, contact support@bubenikdenis.com. Your remedies for missing or defective supply remain available.
After normal online access expiry, you may retain and continue using properly exported working documents, backups and printouts for the licensed business or your permitted personal use. We do not provide a downloadable copy of the application code or promise that exported data will operate as a standalone hosted application. Your own original facts and notes remain yours.
4. Licence and permitted use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this product for one business, including its own locations and staff, or for your personal use if you buy as a consumer. Separate companies need their own licence or our written agreement. This permission does not create shared logins, collaborative editing or extra team accounts.
You may use the tool, prepare blank worksheets, complete them by hand or digitally, save and export your working records, and print blank or completed versions. You may adapt the included wording for that business and use resulting messages and documents in your own business communications after your own review. No credit to us is required for those communications.
You may not resell, publish or give away the workspace or its supplied templates as a tool, template pack, course or download, share a login, publish the application code, use the product as an agency or consulting tool for other businesses without our written agreement, or train an AI model for others using our materials. These restrictions do not apply to your own original data or a use that the law permits and a contract cannot forbid.
Nexorio owns the supplied tool and content or uses them under licence. Exporting your data does not transfer ownership of our application or template material to you.
5. Your device, files and privacy
You need internet access, a current web browser and your Whop account to use the online workspace. Some tasks and printing are easier on a computer. Browser or printer settings can affect how a printed page looks.
Your working entries and notes are stored in your browser on your device. Signing in does not automatically send those entries to us or sync them between devices or colleagues. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers or losing the device can remove the local copy. Use the JSON export for a restorable backup; CSV and printouts are readable outputs. Protect your device and files, particularly if they contain customer or staff information.
We process the sign-in, purchase and current access information needed to provide this protected product, and ordinary website security records, as described in our Privacy Notice at https://bubenikdenis.com/privacy. If you choose to send an export to support, we use it to handle that request; remove unnecessary customer details first.
6. Optional AI prompts and human review
The four included prompts are text templates. The workspace does not call an AI provider, include an AI account or subscription, generate a built-in AI answer, or send a message to a customer. If you choose to paste a prompt into another service, you choose that service and should check its terms and privacy information.
Review the prepared context before copying it. Notes are not automatically redacted. Remove names, contact details, identifiers and confidential information yourself. Check any AI output against the real quote, customer wishes, scope, price and agreed timing before using it. Do not invent missing facts or treat an AI answer as legal, tax, technical-installation or safety advice.
You decide whether any contact is appropriate and permitted. An opt-out or refusal ends outreach; receiving a reply stops the follow-up sequence so a person can consider the reply. A suggested date is not permission to contact someone. The workspace does not grant communication consent or certify compliance with the laws or platform rules that apply to you.
7. Refunds and statutory rights
You may request a full refund within 14 days of this purchase, for any reason or no reason, including after using the workspace or exporting files. This applies to consumers and business buyers. No completed task, viewing limit, evidence of results or administration fee is required.
Ask at refunds@bubenikdenis.com, through the Whop refund route, at https://bubenikdenis.com/withdrawal, or by a clear notice to the seller address in section 1. The model withdrawal form is optional. The accompanying Refund and Withdrawal Policy explains repayment and how to identify the purchase.
A refund ends online access and the licence to the refunded workspace and supplied template material. Stop using that supplied material and remove licensed copies. You may retain your own original business facts and notes, accounting records and purchase evidence. Refunding this item does not cancel unrelated valid purchases. Normal online access expiry is different from a refund: the retained-output permission in section 3 applies after normal expiry.
An early-supply request or acknowledgement applies only as stated in the separate checkout information and only where the law permits. Payment, checking a box, signing in or immediate access does not create a blanket waiver of statutory rights. A separate service is not treated as if every withdrawal rule for digital content automatically applies to it. The full contractual 14-day refund above and mandatory remedies for missing or defective supply remain available.
8. Support and the accompanying terms
Support covers access, files and billing at support@bubenikdenis.com. It does not include personal advice, calls, reviewing your business quotes or messages, or a promised response-time guarantee. Privacy requests go to privacy@bubenikdenis.com. A person handles refunds, complaints and privacy requests.
The remaining provisions of Course Terms and Conditions v2.1 apply where they fit this product, including seller identity, business/consumer status, permitted use, no promised business result, mandatory rights, complaints and governing law. For this purchase, the specific workspace scope and 24-calendar-month online-access period in this addendum take precedence over the general video-course description, software exclusion and 731-day course period. Earlier and separate course purchases keep their own agreed scope and terms.
