1. Our 14-day full refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or no reason, even after watching lessons or downloading files.
- This applies to both consumers and business buyers.
- There is no administration fee, restocking fee, viewing limit or requirement to complete a task first.
- You do not need to show a business result or explain why the course did not work for you.
- This is a contractual promise. It does not reduce any mandatory legal right.
- Each purchase has its own 14-day window, starting when that purchase is made. Joining a later sprint group does not move or restart it.
2. Products and separate items
The policy covers each paid minicourse, the main course, the optional trade-template add-on and any upgrade actually offered and purchased. No upgrade is offered at launch; this policy does not offer an unavailable product.
You may refund an item on its own. If you request a refund of the whole order, we treat it as a request for all paid items in that order unless you say otherwise. Other separate purchases remain active.
For a consumer's statutory withdrawal, the effects also extend to an ancillary contract where the law requires, unless we expressly agree that the ancillary contract continues. We do not use the separate-item refund rule to preserve an add-on payment that the law requires us to return.
Upgrades: the upgrade payment has its own 14-day refund window. Refunding it restores the access you had before the upgrade; your original minicourse remains subject to its original purchase and refund window. The main-course access supplied by that upgrade ends.
Add-on: the add-on can be refunded separately within 14 days of its purchase. Refunding only the add-on does not cancel a separately paid course.
Founder purchases: a refund does not reopen a place in the first 100 paid main-course purchases. If an upgrade from a minicourse is offered, it does not count toward the first 100 paid main-course purchases (Course Terms section 4.3).
3. Sprint timing
The main course includes the 14-Day Quote Sprint as a self-paced implementation plan. All purchased lessons and drops are available immediately at launch; there is no timed drip or sprint-email sequence. Your refund window starts when you buy, even if you work through the material later. A group option may be offered later and is not an active launch schedule.
Choosing a later group, changing a group or switching mode does not itself create a new purchase or a new refund window. The refund period may end before a later group begins; any such later offer must say so clearly.
4. Consumers' statutory withdrawal rights
A consumer is a person buying mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Consumers may also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, normally within 14 days of contract formation for digital content. Applicable law can extend that period, for example if required information was not supplied.
For this immediate-supply checkout, the website step before Whop uses two separate, initially unchecked statements: an express request to start paid digital-content supply now and an acknowledgement of the statutory digital-content withdrawal consequence where it applies. Neither general terms acceptance, marketing consent, payment nor signing in supplies these statements. Their exact wording, email, product, version, answers and time are preserved and linked to the actual purchase.
The acknowledgement concerns the statutory digital-content right only: where it applies, it ends only if supply begins and all legal conditions are met, not merely when a box is checked. We send the contract and both recorded statements by durable email immediately after a verified successful purchase. Whop opens lessons immediately and access does not wait for the email. The website step does not continue without the two statements and offers no paid “wait 14 days” option. An unexpected payment, missing record, queued email or immediate access does not create a waiver. Where the required conditions are not met, the statutory withdrawal right remains.
The digital-content exception is not a blanket waiver for a separate service. Any statutory rights for separately supplied services are assessed under the rules for those services. It also does not remove remedies for non-delivery or defects.
Our own full 14-day refund remains available after access or downloads, even where the statutory digital-content withdrawal right has ended. For business buyers it is a contractual benefit; it does not give them all consumer-law rights.
5. How to request a refund or withdraw
Send a clear request identifying your purchase. No reason is needed. Choose any practical route:
- email refunds@bubenikdenis.com;
- in Whop: select your profile photo, then Orders; under Billing history, find the payment, open the three-dot menu and select Request Refund. If Whop asks for a reason, "14-day refund" is enough;
- the online withdrawal form at https://bubenikdenis.com/withdrawal; or
- post to Nexorio's address above (confirmed by Denis).
Give your purchase email, product and order/payment identifier, or enough information to locate the purchase. Do not send card details or a password. The model below is optional. A signed paper form, a reason, a scorecard or evidence of results is not required for an emailed request.
For statutory withdrawal, sending a clear notice before the deadline is sufficient to exercise the right. Written communication helps you keep evidence; this policy does not claim writing is the only valid method under every applicable law.
The online form lets you review your notice and then confirm it, without signing in or giving a reason. It records your notice and the time, shows a confirmation you can save and emails you a confirmation of receipt. Receiving your notice is not the same as completing the refund. If the form does not work, use email or post and keep proof of when you sent it.
Automatic replies may explain the steps. A person handles refunds, complaints and any dispute; an AI assistant does not approve or refuse them.
6. Repayment
We repay without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days after receiving a valid notice or timely request. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to a different method at no cost to you. We do not deduct our internal payment-processing charges.
The refund is the full amount actually paid for the refunded item, including any transaction tax charged on that item. Any necessary allocation across order items follows the actual payment record; we do not invent a higher value or an unapproved upgrade credit.
The payment processor and bank determine when the credit appears in your account. We distinguish a submitted refund, a processed refund and money received; a status label alone is not bank evidence. Tell us if the credit is missing so we can trace it. This does not extend a statutory repayment deadline.
7. Access and licence after refund
Online access to the refunded item ends and so does the licence to use that item. Stop using the refunded course materials and remove downloaded licensed copies. You may retain your own original business data, accounting records and purchase evidence where there is a lawful reason.
Refunding one item does not revoke unrelated valid purchases. Downloaded files cannot be recalled technically; the licence obligations still apply.
Ordinary expiry of the 731-day online access period is different: properly downloaded files may continue to be used under Course Terms §8 unless the licence has ended for another reason.
8. Missing or defective content
Contact us if purchased content is missing, inaccessible or not as described. Explain the problem and identify the purchase. Consumer remedies for non-delivery or non-conformity are separate from this commercial refund policy and may continue beyond 14 days. Nothing here restricts mandatory remedies or a legally extended withdrawal period.
9. Optional model withdrawal/refund form
Complete and send this only if you want to withdraw or request a refund. You may use your own words instead.

10. Version and relationship to the terms
This policy accompanies Course Terms v2.1 for purchases made under that version. A change for future purchases does not reduce a right already promised for your purchase. The course licence is in Course Terms §8; this policy does not create a separate or conflicting licence.
