LEAD-TO-DELIVERY WORKFLOW PILOT

Leads and quotes you no longer have to chase by hand every day.

Let’s automate repetitive steps from a new enquiry to the next action on a quote. Within the agreed scope, I set up the workflow, integrations and visibility for you and your team. The first pilot covers one primary workflow; further automation can follow.

Discuss automation Before work begins, we confirm the scope, responsibilities, price, acceptance criteria, and contracting party in writing.

WHO IT IS FOR

Service businesses with an established operation to manage

We need a specific workflow, an available owner on the company side, and access to the information required to understand it.

  • leads arrive through several channels
  • the next action has no clear owner
  • data is copied manually between tools
  • sales and delivery do not share one job status
  • customer follow-up depends on reminders
  • the business owner cannot get reliable visibility without chasing people

PILOT OUTPUT

One workflow with agreed inputs, statuses, and outputs

01

Workflow map

The current-state and target-state flow with clear boundaries.

02

Owners and statuses

Who owns the next action and what each status means.

03

Working workflow

The agreed CRM, integrations, and automation in real use.

04

Safe failure handling

Logging, error paths, or a manual fallback appropriate to the risk.

05

Handover

Documentation, an explanation for the team, and agreed fixes.

Extensions receive their own scope. Additional workflows, extensive data migration, ongoing management, and new requirements are assessed separately.

PRICE AND TIMELINE

The specific workflow determines both

A bounded sprint costs 690 € for up to six hours when the task and acceptance criteria are already clear. A standalone workflow diagnostic costs 790 € for up to eight hours. You receive a current-state and target-state map, a measurement baseline and a written action plan. Scope and timing are confirmed before you order.

An implementation pilot starts at 3,900 € for one workflow defined in writing, within a base delivery cap of 32 hours. Once the required inputs and access are available, the first enquiry-and-quote pilot aims to establish a verified status, owner and next action for every open quote within 14 days. The signed scope determines the final price and timeline. Direct work begins after signature and receipt of the agreed 50% deposit; the remaining 50% follows agreed acceptance. Sprint and diagnostic work are paid before starting, with three working days to pay.

Optional ongoing management starts at 290 € per month. The base package covers up to two hours per month, with a first response within one working day. External licences, hosting and additional work are scoped separately.

With 20 hours per week including sales and delivery, I take on one implementation pilot at a time. We confirm the available start date in the proposal.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What to know before we begin

Is this an audit or an implementation?

The pilot delivers an agreed working workflow and team handover. A diagnostic is a separate option when the scope needs investigation; it is not a required purchase before a pilot.

Do we need to use a CRM already?

No. I first need to know where the main data is created and stored today. We define the source of truth and a suitable system based on the workflow.

Does the solution have to use AI?

We use AI only when it makes a specific part of the workflow more reliable or practical.

Can we address several workflows at once?

The pilot has one primary workflow. Other workflows are prioritized and scoped separately.

Is Installio always the outcome?

Installio may be considered for suitable installation and field-service businesses. Another type of operation may need a scoped custom solution.

YOUR WORKFLOW

Show me where the work gets stuck.

Send the current flow, the tools involved, and the main bottleneck. I will tell you whether it can be handled within a single pilot and what needs to be clarified.
