1. Scope of permission

A successful purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased guides, templates, calculators and working materials within the toolkit and module scope identified in the order. It does not transfer copyright or permit supplying the materials to other customers as your own product.

The licence covers internal work within one buyer-owned business, including that business’s own locations, or the buyer’s own sole-trader activity. For an individual purchasing outside business, it covers personal use. Separate legal entities within a group are separate businesses and require their own licence or a separate agreement.

2. Permitted use

The buyer is responsible for keeping internal copies within this scope. Online accounts and sign-in credentials may not be shared with other people. Access for additional accounts requires agreement and technical support by the relevant product.

3. Prohibited use

These restrictions do not apply to the buyer’s own original data or to legally permitted uses that cannot be excluded by contract.

4. Online access and downloaded copies

Online access is provided for at least 24 months from successful payment; Whop technically ends it after 731 days, without automatic renewal. Properly downloaded materials may continue to be used for the internal purposes above afterwards, unless a refund or another valid reason has ended the licence. Continued use of downloaded copies does not extend online access, provide new features or include all future products.

New toolkits provide the full working content of the modules expressly listed in the English order. A partial toolkit does not license the remaining modules or the complete library. Previous individual-topic purchases retain their original language and tier rights. A free community account does not license paid materials. Notion or another format is included only if expressly stated in the order.

5. Refunds and breaches

Withdrawal or a full refund ends the licence to refunded materials. The buyer must stop using them and remove copies to the extent they contain licensed content. The buyer may retain their own original business data and accounting or evidence records where lawfully required.

Suspected sharing or another breach will be investigated and appropriate corrective action communicated. Any access restriction must have a substantiated reason and comply with the terms and law. This licence does not permit arbitrary removal of paid content without a legal basis.

6. Responsibility and statutory rights

Materials help organise work. Accurate real inputs, business decisions and specialist application depend on the individual case. The licence does not guarantee a financial outcome and does not restrict the supplier’s responsibility for agreed delivery or statutory defect remedies. Third-party copyright and mandatory exceptions remain unaffected.
